1. Storage used by this website
The “Saved” feature uses local browser storage to keep the list of properties you select on your own device. This storage is functional and is not used for advertising.
2. Technical measurement
Our own conversion measurement system records basic interaction events without using an advertising cookie and without sending values entered in forms. Its purpose is to understand which website actions are genuinely useful to buyers and property owners.
3. Third-party content
Some property pages may include OpenStreetMap maps, direct video files or videos embedded from external providers. YouTube uses privacy-enhanced mode where applicable. When external content is loaded or used, the relevant provider may receive technical connection information or use its own technologies in accordance with its policies.
4. Future changes
If additional analytics, advertising or personalisation tools requiring consent are enabled in the future, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before those tools are made publicly active.
5. Browser controls
You can remove local storage and cookies from your browser settings. Please note that clearing site data will also remove your locally saved property list.
