Privacy policy

We explain what data Grupo Inmocosta may receive, how it is used and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

INMOCOSTA LEVANTE S.L. · Tax ID B54129317
Calle Moriones, 43, 03182 Torrevieja, Alicante
Telephone: +34 965 705 535
Email for privacy matters: javier@grupoinmocosta.com

2. Information we may process

When you contact us voluntarily by telephone, email or WhatsApp, we may receive the information you choose to provide in order to handle your property enquiry.

When you use a valuation, property enquiry or viewing request form, the website may receive and store the information you submit — for example your name, telephone number, email address, property reference, property location, selling situation or tax residence where you choose to provide it — so that we can respond to your request and contact you.

WhatsApp remains an optional contact channel, but it is not required in order to submit a valuation request.

3. Purposes

  • Respond to enquiries about properties, viewings, new-build homes or property sales, including valuation and callback requests.
  • Prepare and maintain communications relating to a property enquiry initiated by the user.
  • Comply with legal or contractual obligations where a relationship requires it.
  • Improve the operation of the website using technical and aggregated information about conversion actions.

4. Website conversion measurement

The website records technical events such as WhatsApp clicks, calls, opening a property, viewing requests, starting or submitting a valuation, using the calculator, saving or sharing a property. This analytics tracking is designed not to include the content entered in forms or names, telephone numbers or email addresses.

When you submit an enquiry, the site may store the general source of your visit (such as a search engine or referring domain) and any campaign UTM parameters. These attribution details do not include the full referring URL or its search query.

The website assistant may use the conversation to guide the visitor and, only when the visitor chooses to send their details to the team, privately store a summary of the request, relevant buying or selling criteria, relevant conversation content and contact details. The assistant should not be used to send passwords, bank details, identity documents, sensitive tax information or other confidential information.

5. Legal basis and retention

The applicable legal basis depends on the specific interaction: the user's request, steps taken before a possible contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, consent. Data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and for any legally required retention periods.

6. Providers and external services

We use technology providers to host and operate the website and, where applicable, to store submitted requests privately. These providers form part of the infrastructure required to provide the service and may process data on behalf of the controller under their applicable terms and agreements.

If you use WhatsApp, email, embedded maps or videos, the communication may also involve third-party services and is subject to their privacy policies. Where a property includes video, the website may play a direct video file or embed an external provider; YouTube uses privacy-enhanced mode where applicable.

7. Saved properties

The “Saved” feature uses local browser storage to remember the properties you select. That selection remains on your device until you remove it or clear your browser data; it does not create an account or synchronise with our servers.

8. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by writing to javier@grupoinmocosta.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
